Let’s go under the ocean and discover the life that is within. Students will explore marine life, ecosystems, ocean circulations, the geology of the sea floor, and the conservation of the ocean life. Young scientists will conduct experiments to understand water purification and recycling. We will create a solar water purification system. In addition, we will take a virtual field trip to the Georgia Aquarium to view their exhibits and learn terms such as microorganism, decomposition, sustainability, and conservation. Students will finish the class as experts of the underwater wonders!

All registrations must be submitted by  May 21, 2021. Your complete science kit will be mailed to your home address prior to class.

This class will be taught live online via Zoom. Registered students will receive login instructions. Some simple preparation or setting out the materials is required prior to each class. Estimated 15 minutes is needed.
