We will investigate density by conducting a series of colorful experiments using icy saltwater. This course will allow you to learn about the scientific method. We will develop our own hypothesis and check to see if they match what we find. Finally, you will read about the sparkling science of snow, salt crystals, and symmetry.

All registrations must be submitted by July 16, 2021.  Your complete science kit will be mailed to your home address prior to class.

This class will be taught live online via Zoom. Registered students will receive login instructions. Some simple preparation or setting out the materials is required prior to each class. Estimated 10 minutes is needed.
