Privacy Policy

• Each student or attendee is to be supervised during each online session at all times by a supervisor, including but not limited to a parent, guardian, sitter, or caretaker who is a minimum age of 21.  Growing Learners, LLC is not liable for any and all incidents, injury, damage, or privacy leak that occurs as a result of parental, guardian, sitter, or caretaker negligence.
   

• All personal information shared with Growing Learners, LLC, financial or otherwise, is considered confidential and secure.  However, Growing Learners, LLC is not liable for any personal or financial information lost or stolen due to a data breach, cyber attack, or mismanagement by ancillary services of the data on any of the systems or various platforms used in the managing of all business activities.
   

• Student sessions will be recorded for replay purposes.  Therefore, if a student or their parent, guardian, sitter, or caretaker does not wish for the student to be recorded, they are hereby advised to have the camera placed in the off setting during the entirety of the online session.
   

• Growing Learners, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend any customer relationship due to any unauthorized sharing of account access information with a non-paying party. 
   

• All materials used in courses, curriculum, and marketing are the property of Growing Learners, LLC.  Use and dissemination of materials without written authorization is prohibited.  All rights reserved.  Unauthorized sharing of course materials including Zoom accounts, student accounts and Growing Learner, LLC worksheets is prohibited.  Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate expulsion of a student from Growing Learner’s LLC future classes and the student will not be entitled to any form of refund.
